Job responsibilities:
(1) Internal process tracking, management, and archiving of sales orders;
(2) Reconcile with customers and assist sales personnel in receiving payments;
(3) Application, transmission, and tracking of sales invoices;
(4) Management of various sales documents;
(5) Cooperate with sales personnel to provide customer service and support;
(6) Other affairs assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
(1) Bachelor's degree or above from 2023, majoring in International Economics and Trade or related majors;
(2) Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork ability;
(3) Strong communication, coordination, and expression skills.
